\nIn it, we talk about the importance of using an ontology and semantic data model to standardize the information generated by the systems of a Smart Building with the aim of enabling interoperability between systems.<\/p>\n

In this paper, we explore and compare six current ontologies and data models proposed to be implemented in the data layer of Smart Buildings, with a special focus on those especially suitable for operation and maintenance, two of the areas we regularly work on. from JG Ingenieros.[\/vc_column_text]
